本文叙述了在包头钢铁公司轨梁轧机上轧制BⅣ-500槽型钢板桩的经验,该型钢具有单重小、宽度大、腰薄、槽深等特点,且具有较大的经济系数和节约钢材等优点。所使用的钢坯截面为110×340×445/481毫米上小下大的异型坯,在开坯机上配置三个孔型轧制七道次以获得爪部金属量,其后在二架三辊式轧机上配四个孔型轧制四道次以形成爪部尺寸,在二辊精轧机上配置一个孔型轧制一道次为弯爪形成锁口。本文论述了每个孔型结构和设计方法以及在轧制和矫直过程中存在的问题和解决问题的经验。最后,还对建筑使用单位的使用情况作了具体介绍。
This paper describes the experience of rolling BⅣ-500 grooved steel sheet pile in Baotou Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.
