作为一名公证人,我希望能够有效地开展公证工作,使其不但成为一种能够作出正确、有效证明的活动,同时也能让所有接受这种服务的人感受到公平、公正和客观。因为公证人是契约双方合法利益的共同代表,“公证人可以代表契约双方,将共同达成的一致意见形成书面文字,律师则与此不同,他乃是偏袒一方的敌手。”
