全军医学科学技术大会后,各大单位采取多种方式,迅速进行传达贯彻。各大军区和二炮都分别召开了本单位的医学科学技术大会、卫生工作会议或医院工作会议,传达贯彻大会精神。空军在各军区空军和指挥所分头传达的基础上,派出了3个工作组,深入部队医院调查研究,并拟于10月份召开空军医学科学技术大会。海军按舰队分片进行了传达。各军医大学、兽医大学、军事医学科学院和解放军总医院也分别进行了传达贯彻。截至5月上旬,各大单位传达贯彻全军医学科学技术大会精神的工作都已告一段落,其主要的特点如下。
