本文取53例人胚胎指骨切片,用组织学和组织化学方法染色。光镜观察,测量单位面积的骺软骨细胞数。7周胚第5指出现一块软骨雏形。12周已有3块软骨雏形,同时近节和中节指骨已骨化,远节指骨于13~15周开始骨化。12周已可辩骨化的四个区。在骨化区 ACP、AKP 和 PAS 反应均为阳性。胚7周软骨基质出现少量 GAG 并随胎龄增长而增加。骺软骨细胞密度随胎龄增长而下降。
In this paper, we take 53 human fetal phalangeal sections, stained with histological and histochemical methods. Light microscopy, measuring the number of epiphyseal cartilage cells per unit area. The first 5 weeks of 7 week embryos showed a prototype of cartilage. At the 12th week, three pieces of cartilage were formed, and the phalanges of the proximal and middle phalanges had been ossified. The distant phalanges began to ossify at 13-15 weeks. Twelve weeks have been able to prove the four districts. ACP, AKP and PAS reactions were all positive in the ossification zone. A small amount of GAG appeared in the cartilage matrix of 7-week embryos and increased with the increase of gestational age. Epiphyseal cartilage cell density decreased with increasing gestational age.
