目的 在表型鉴定的基础上使用遗传学方法鉴定一株明串珠菌属的细菌。方法 扩增 L.sp.HXQ0 0 1菌株 16 Sr RNA基因并测序 ,将结果与同属 ,非同属的乳酸菌作同源性比较。结果 losp HXQOO1菌株与同属的乳酸菌柠檬色明串珠菌的同源性为 98%～ 99% ,与肠膜明串珠菌的同源性为 95 %以上 ,与非同属的乳酸菌酒类酒球菌和类肠膜魏斯菌的同源性均小于 70 %。结论 L.sp.HXQ0 0 1菌为柠檬色明串珠菌。
OBJECTIVE: To identify a bacterium belonging to the genus Leuconostoc using genetic methods based on phenotypic characterization. Methods The 16 Sr RNA gene of L.sp.HXQ0 0 1 was amplified and sequenced. The results were compared with those of the same genus and non - genus lactic acid bacteria. Results The isolates of losp HXQOO1 showed a homology of 98% -99% with the same lactic acid bacterium Leuconostoc and the homology with Leuconostoc mesenteroides was over 95% The homology of S. enterica is less than 70%. Conclusion L.sp.HXQ0 0 1 is Leuconostoc citrinum.
