本文论述了无损检验活塞环局部金相组织的ПКЧ—3高次谐波仪法的基本原理。辅助变换器输出信号的三次谐波非谐振检测法提高了仪器的长期稳定性和温度稳定性。仪器通过微型计算机按合格品与不合格品的抽验检测数据调定。仪器调定后将活塞环分为两类:金相组织合格的与不合格的(白口、石墨与磷共晶不合格)。对奠斯科人—412型汽车活塞环铸件的工厂试验证明,检验准确度达96%。
This paper discusses the basic principles of the ПКЧ-3 harmonic instrument for non-destructive inspection of the local microstructure of piston rings. Auxiliary converter output signal third harmonic non-resonant detection method to improve the long-term stability of the instrument and temperature stability. Instruments through the microcomputer according to qualified products and substandard products sampling test data set. After setting the instrument will be divided into two types of piston rings: metallurgical organizations qualified and unqualified (white mouth, graphite and phosphorus eutectic unqualified). Factory tests on the Mosco-412 Diesel Engine Piston Ring have proven to be 96% accurate.
