辽河石油勘探局油建二公司是全国石油基建系统具有A1A2级压力容器生产资质的极少数企业之一。2005年10月,首次为某石化厂成功地焊接制造了一批高压缓冲器。在制造过程中,对容器的焊接特性进行了理论分析,制定了GTAW+SMAW和多层多道焊的工艺方法,采取预热+PWHT的措施。有效地控制了焊接缺陷,保证了焊接质量。截止到目前为止已经成功焊接上百台高压缓冲器,取得了很好的效果。
Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau Oil Construction Company II is one of the very few enterprises with A1A2-class pressure vessel production qualification in the national petroleum infrastructure system. In October 2005, for the first time, a number of high-pressure buffers were successfully welded for a petrochemical plant.
