随着改革开放以来,我国的综合国力及经济实力不断增强,对于农村基础教育的投入也不断增大,但总体呈现“重物轻人”的状态。文章对农村教师的生存现状进行分析,发现农村教师在存在收入低、社会地位低、职务晋升困难、职业发展机会少以及职业倦怠等问题不容忽视。在分析这些问题的基础上,提出一些相关建议,如提升收入、加大教育、关怀生活和规范职称评定。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s comprehensive national strength and economic strength have been constantly enhanced, and its investment in basic education in rural areas has also been steadily increasing, but the overall situation has been “heavy and light”. The article analyzes the status quo of rural teachers’existence and finds that teachers in rural areas should pay attention to such problems as low income, low social status, difficult job promotion, low career development opportunities and job burnout. Based on the analysis of these problems, some suggestions are put forward, such as increasing income, strengthening education, caring for life and standardizing professional titles.
