与资本主义制度下人事工作的反生态性不同,社会主义性质的人事工作以尊重和肯定人的真实需要为基础,拒绝把人理解为可以度量和可以计算的物,反对资本逻辑以追逐利润的方式侵吞掉人本身的价值。积极、健康的人事工作应该以马克思主义基本原理作为指导,在肯定经济和效率的积极意义的同时,努力实现从“经济人”向“生态人”的思想转换。
