北京师范大学教育学教授劳凯声说,在相当长的一段时期,农村代课教师为我国农村的教育付出了艰辛的劳动与牺牲,政府应当考虑到一些从教1O年甚至20年以上的老代课教师的实际生活情况,给予一定的生活补贴或退休金保障。任何一项政策的执行都应当考虑到各地的实际情况,讲究人性化。
