三金工程,即金桥工程、金关工程和金卡工程,是推动并实现我国国民经济信息化的基础设施。一、金桥工程金桥工程是为我国信息通信建设较为先进的基础设施。它将支持国家信息系统更好地发挥作用,为加强国家宏观经济调控和决策服务,也为信息资源社会共享、有偿服务,以及发展各种电子信息市场创造条件;金桥工程的实施,将带动我国电子信息产业和电子信息技术应用的发展,起到重要的作用。金桥工程的建成,将有力地促进我国社会生产力的发展,并缓解能源、交通、环境等“瓶颈”的压力。这项决策具有重大深远意义,在国内外均引起了巨大反响。
