农民工的异地医疗问题越来越受到关注,相应的跨区域信息平台的构建要充分考虑不同环境中的技术差异。在跨区域信息、平台的基础性服务中,首先要解决农民工患者的身份识别问题。异地农民工患者身份识别需要解决两个问题:唯一识别就诊的农民工患者和提供患者的新农合身份信息。介绍了跨区域农民工身份认证的系统设计、实现方式,指出用这种技术能够为医院及参合地之间提供必要的基础身份认证服务的技术支持。
Migrant workers in different places medical issues more and more attention, the corresponding construction of cross-regional information platform to fully consider the different technical differences in the environment. In cross-regional information, the platform’s basic services, we must first solve the problem of identification of migrant workers patients. There are two issues that need to be addressed in patient identification for off-site migrant workers: the only migrant workers who identify the patient and the identity of the new NCMS who provide the patient. This paper introduces the system design and implementation of cross-regional migrant workers’ identity authentication and points out the technical support that can be used to provide the necessary basic identity authentication services between hospitals and participating sites.
