年龄:～12岁.来诊时腹泻<3天17例,>2月1例.大便次数4～10次/天不等.大便镜检示有白细胞和/或红细胞13例,其中白细胞>10只/HP3例,便培养福氏痢疾杆菌2例,致病性大肠杆菌O_(127)K_(67)1例.使用活菌制剂米雅利桑爱儿A<1岁0.2g,～5岁0.4g,～8岁0.6g,>8岁1g,日3次饭后口服、疗程5～7天,根据病情适当补液,不用抗生素及止泻药等,结果急性腹泻总有效率80.8%,迁延性腹泻4例均有效.最长疗程10天,无不良反应.
