目的:研究中药枳壳Citrus aurantium甲醇提取物的化学成分。方法:中药枳壳甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位经硅胶、RP-18和HPLC等色谱技术分离纯化,根据理化常数和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从中药枳壳中分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为citrauranoside(1),limonexin(2),柠檬苦素(3)。结论:化合物1为一个新的色原烷苷衍生物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of methanol extract of Citrus aurantium. Methods: The ethyl acetate fraction of methanol extract of Fructus aurantii was separated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, RP-18 and HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral data. Results: Three compounds were isolated from Citrus aurantium which were identified as citrauranoside (1), limonexin (2) and limonin (3). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new chromogen glycoside derivative.
