样品水浴蒸发后以二氯乙烷萃取，采用Ｃ_(１８)键合柱反相色谱方法，以氯霉素作内标物，测定克自酊中的补骨脂素和异补骨脂素。 ＲＳＤ＜２％，线性范围均为 １０～２００ μｇ／ｍＬ，补骨脂酊ｒ＝０．９９９９，异补骨脂酊ｒ＝０．９９９９。回收率分别为９６．７％和１００．３％。
The sample was evaporated in a water bath and extracted with dichloroethane. The reversed-phase chromatographic method was performed using a C 18 binding column. Chloramphenicol was used as an internal standard to determine the psoralen and isopsoralen in the sputum. The RSD was less than 2%, the linear range was 10 to 200 μg/mL, the psoralen 酊r was 0.999, and the isoformolipid 酊r was 0.99. The recovery rates were 96.7% and 100.3%, respectively.
