采购项目化管理平台是一个多部门充分参与的开放性大系统,平台整合项目立项、采购计划申报、采购执行、合同签署、验收、资金支付、档案管理、评价反馈以及数据分析统计等功能,通过平台将采购涉及的各部门之间的业务流程打通,实现数字化采购资源共享,节约采购成本的同时,提高采购效率和监督力度.
