用碱石灰烧结法生产Al_2O_3过程中,由铝土矿、石灰石和燃料等带入的黄铁矿及其他硫的化合物,在烧结时转变为Na_2SO_4,造成碱消耗量的增加和一些生产操作的困难。例如,熟料窑中的“结圈”等。在入窑生料中加入一定数量的还原剂,可以将Na_2SO_4还原为硫化物,并主要以FeS的形式与赤泥一起排走。这个方法从1961年起应用于我国的磁石灰烧结法及Bayer-烧结联合法生产,效果良好。本文提出了部分有关的工厂实践结果和试验数据以及讨论意见。
During the production of Al 2 O 3 by soda lime sintering, the pyrite and other sulfur compounds introduced by bauxite, limestone and fuel are converted to Na_2SO_4 during sintering, resulting in increased alkali consumption and difficulties in some production operations .
