山东临邑县在银行压缩贷款的情况下,采取5手高招广筹资金解决乡镇企业发展难题,1993年前9月全县向乡镇企业投入达2.8亿元,高投入换来高产出高效益,产值利税达到18.5亿元和1.45亿元,比上一年同期增长了117％和102％。去年,临邑县把发展乡镇企业作为振兴全县农村经济的重点来抓,但因遇到银行压缩贷款规模而受到影响,针对这一情况,他们千方百计克服困难,保证了乡镇企业的健康发展。他们的做法是:
