综合性医院从事医疗、教学、科研等以解决疾病诊断,提高治疗效果,对社会起着重要作用。随着现代医学的发展,“预防为主”的原则应得到贯彻和体现。目前,我国城市综合性医院要适应现代医学模式的转变,扩大以医院为中心的预防工作应列入日程。但是综合性医院推行预防工作,因受旧观念影响,经济效益差,编制不足,体制不明确,下达任务任其自流。因而,探讨综合性医院预防工作,应摆在什么位置是有必要的。
Comprehensive hospitals engaged in medical, teaching, scientific research and so on to solve the disease diagnosis, improve the treatment effect, plays an important role in society. With the development of modern medicine, the principle of “prevention first” should be implemented and embodied. At present, the general urban hospital in our country should adapt to the change of the modern medical model. To expand the hospital-centered prevention should be put on the agenda. However, the implementation of preventive work in general hospitals is affected by the old concepts, with poor economic returns, inadequate compilation, and unclear systems. Therefore, to explore the comprehensive hospital prevention, should be placed in what position is necessary.
