城市区级医院和郊县医院在医院规模、诊疗水平和基本设施等方面相似，可通过住院医疗费用比较发现某些特点。本文分析了北京市区县医院在当年价格和不变价格下病种费用逐年的动态变化趋势，以及不同贸别病人在区县医院的分布和病种费用的不同，分析造成病种费用增长的有关影响
Urban district-level hospitals and suburban county hospitals are similar in terms of hospital scale, diagnosis and treatment level, and basic facilities. Some features can be found through comparison of inpatient medical expenses. This paper analyzes the dynamic trends of disease costs in Beijing’s district and county hospitals in the current year and the constant prices, and the distribution and disease costs of different trade patients in district and county hospitals.
