以热经济状态方程为基础,结合汽水分布方程、汽轮机输出内部功率方程、锅炉工质吸热量方程,利用矩阵分析的思想,采用LabVIEW软件,开发了火电机组经济性计算仿真软件。该软件充分考虑到了加热器的不同类型、减温水、辅助汽流、辅助水流的不同来源,能够计算不同容量、不同热力系统结构的火电机组热经济性指标。以300 MW火电机组的某一典型工况下的热平衡图为例计算,结果表明该软件较好地实现了火电机组热经济性分析系统的准确性、交互性以及通用性,为火力发电机组的安全、经济运行及节能减排提供了依据。
Based on the equation of thermal economy, combining with the equation of steam distribution, the internal power equation of steam turbine output and the heat absorption equation of boiler working fluid, the software of LabVIEW is used to develop the economic calculation and simulation software of thermal power unit. The software takes full account of different types of heaters, different sources of water, auxiliary steam and auxiliary water flow, and can calculate thermal economy indexes of thermal units with different capacities and different thermal system structures. Taking the heat balance diagram of a typical 300 MW thermal power unit as an example, the results show that the software can achieve the accuracy, interactivity and versatility of the thermal power economic analysis system of the thermal power unit well, Safety, economic operation and energy saving provided the basis.
