1988年4月11日至6月6日,由水利部计划司和中国水利经济研究会联合在北京举办了“水利经济效益研讨班”。参加这次研讨班的有各省市自治区水利厅(局)、设计院和部属流域机构的代表共33人。这次研讨班的主要任务是为全面开展建国四十周年和今后各年的水利经济效益计算统计工作作准备,这次研讨班采取了专题讲座、经验介绍和讨论相结合的方法。专题讲座的主要内容有;水利工程经济、优化数学、水土保持经济等;经验介绍
April 11, 1988 to June 6, by the Planning Department of the Ministry of Water Resources and China Water Conservancy Economic Research Association jointly held in Beijing, “Water Economic Benefit Seminar.” A total of 33 representatives from various provinces, autonomous regions, water conservancy offices (bureau), design institutes and subordinate basin agencies participated in the seminar.
