民营企业发展时间很短,但发展速度快,对国家及社会贡献大。其快速发展原因是多方面的,如国家政策的导向,当时特有短缺经济时代等,但是民营企业自身固有的创业优势起到决定作用。并且随着其不断发展壮大,其内在发展优势也在不断的变化之中。民营企业原有优势及其丧失民营企业原有的发展优势:经营团队和职工有朝气蓬勃的精神风貌、企业产权明晰、机制灵活,成本低廉、包袱轻松。
The development of private-owned enterprises is very short, but its development is fast and has made great contributions to the country and society.
