目的 通过对颅内囊性动脉瘤壁Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原形态学的定性研究 ,总结其分布特点并分析其在动脉瘤发生及发展过程中的作用。方法 2 3例单发颅内囊性动脉瘤患者为实验组 ,7例无心血管疾病的脑内血肿合并脑挫裂伤患者为对照组。通过常规HE染色、现代免疫组织化学染色 ,结合天狼星红染色 偏振光法 ,对两组样本进行实验处理及观察。结果 实验组样本中Ⅰ型胶原在动脉瘤壁分布广泛 ,在中膜中外层及外膜区域更为明显 ;对照组样本Ⅰ型胶原位于中膜中外层及外膜区域。实验组Ⅲ型胶原分布少于I型胶原 ,主要分布在动脉瘤壁中膜中层 ;对照组Ⅲ型胶原主要位于动脉壁中膜中外层。结论 在动脉瘤壁中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原分布与正常颅内动脉壁存在差异 ,提示颅内囊性动脉瘤在形成发展过程中存在一种组织损伤与修复的过程
Objective To study the morphological features of type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagens in intracranial saccular aneurysms and to summarize their distribution characteristics and analyze their roles in the development and progression of aneurysms. Methods Twenty - three patients with single intracranial saccular aneurysm were selected as the experimental group, and 7 patients with intracerebral hematoma without cerebral vascular disease and cerebral contusion and laceration as the control group. Through routine HE staining, modern immunohistochemical staining combined with Sirius red staining polarized light, the two groups of samples were treated experimentally and observed. Results Type Ⅰ collagen in the experimental group was widely distributed in the aneurysmal wall and more evident in the middle and outer layers of the media and in the outer region of the media. Type Ⅰ collagen in the control group was located in the middle and outer layers of the media. The distribution of type Ⅲ collagen in experimental group was less than that of type I collagen, which was mainly distributed in the middle of the aneurysmal wall. The type Ⅲ collagen in control group was mainly located in the middle and middle layers of the artery wall. Conclusion The distribution of type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen in the wall of aneurysm is different from that of normal intracranial artery, suggesting that there is a process of tissue injury and repair in the development of intracranial saccular aneurysm
