2009年12月联合国气候变化大会在哥本哈根举行,这次会议虽然继续延续《京都议定书》的基本政策,且协议不具备法律效力,但是哥本哈根会议却使气候变化定义为一个全球性的挑战,使许多国家认识到他们有责任去保护我们全球的气候。
In December 2009, the UN climate change conference was held in Copenhagen. Although this conference continued the basic policy of “Kyoto Protocol” and the agreement did not have the legal effect, the Copenhagen conference defined climate change as a global challenge that made many Countries recognize that they have a responsibility to protect our global climate.
