临安县三口乡根据奶牛生产的需要，改粮～粮～粮三熟制为饲～饲～粮的种植制度，使农田营养物质的产出量大大提高，社会、经济、生态效益得到了协调发展。为我国南方农区进一步发展农、牧结合，调整种植结构，促进农业持续高效发展，提供了经验。
According to the needs of dairy cow production, San’an Township of Lin’an County has changed the system of grain-grain-grain-three-staple foods into the feeding system of feeding and grain so as to greatly increase the output of the nutrients in the farmland and achieve the coordinated development of social, economic and ecological benefits .
