目的探讨血糖控制对高血糖危象患者外周血单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平的影响。方法选取DKA和非酮症高血糖高渗(NKH)患者84例检测其治疗前后外周血单核细胞趋化蛋白MCP-1水平变化,以56名健康体检者作对照。结果在血糖控制达标后,高血糖危象组治疗前MCP-1水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05);高血糖危象组治疗前后外周血单核细胞趋化蛋白MCP-1水平差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析显示外周血单核细胞趋化蛋白MCP-1水平与FBG、2hBG、HOMA-IR呈正相关(r=0.506,r=0.854,r=0.283,P<0.01)。结论血糖控制后外周血单核细胞趋化蛋白MCP-1水平明显下降,血糖下降带来炎症状态的改变。
Objective To investigate the effect of glycemic control on the level of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) in patients with hyperglycemic crisis. Methods Eighty-four patients with DKA and non-ketotic hyperglycemic hyperosmolarity (NKH) were enrolled in this study. MCP-1 levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were detected before and after treatment with 56 healthy volunteers. Results The level of MCP-1 in hyperglycemic crisis group before treatment was significantly higher than that in healthy control group (P <0.05) after the glycemic control was reached. MCP-1 levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of hyperglycemic crisis group before and after treatment were significantly different There was significant statistical significance (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the level of MCP-1 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells was positively correlated with FBG, 2hBG and HOMA-IR (r = 0.506, r = 0.854, r = 0.283, P <0.01). Conclusion The level of monocyte chemoattractant protein MCP-1 in peripheral blood after glycemic control is obviously decreased, and the change of inflammatory state is brought by the decrease of blood glucose.
