将Cr~(2+)、Dy~(2+)离子注入到DT-4纯铁和45号钢,Yb~(2+)注入到DT-4纯铁,Dy~(2+)注入到1Cr18Ni9Ti表层。用俄歇谱仪测量了注入元素的深度分布。用动电位三向扫描法研究了注有Cr~(2+)和Dy~(2+)的试样在NaAc/HAc溶液中的阳极极化行为。结果表明,离子注入显著提高了材料的耐蚀性。
The Cr ~ (2 +) and Dy ~ (2+) ions were implanted into DT-4 pure iron and 45 steel. Yb2 + was implanted into DT-4 pure iron and Dy2 + was implanted into 1Cr18Ni9Ti surface layer. The depth of the injected element was measured by Auger spectroscopy. The anodic polarization behavior of Cr 2+ and Dy 2+ samples in NaAc / HAc solution was investigated by potentiodynamic three-dimensional scanning. The results show that ion implantation significantly improves the corrosion resistance of the material.
