德育是高品质素质教育的灵魂,教师作为培养人才的主导力量,其核心作用即培养出高素质、高能力全能型优秀人才。高校作为输送人才的主要场所,要明确教师在德育中所处的地位,根据教师存在的弊端设计适合教师专业的发展策略,探究如何提升青年教师品德素质是高校的一项重要任务。
Moral education is the soul of high-quality quality education. As the leading force in cultivating talents, the core role of teachers is to cultivate high-quality, high-capacity and versatile talents. As the main place for transporting talents, colleges and universities should make clear the status of teachers in moral education, design suitable strategies for teachers’ professional development according to the disadvantages of teachers, and explore how to improve the quality of young teachers’ morality is an important task for colleges and universities.
