工会作为代表企业职工的群众组织,是职工利益的代表和维护者,在凝聚人心方面具有不可替代的重要作用。发挥好工会的桥梁和纽带作用,特别在关心爱护职工方面,储运部工会开展了很多有效的工作。一、强化理念,抓好工会组织建设,打好服务基础1.真正树立“一切依靠职工、一切服务职工”的理念把维护职工利益作为工会工作的基点,把职工关心的热点和难点问题作为工会工作的头等大事。涉及职工利益的,我们想方设法协调解决,并形成反馈机制,确保重点工作落到实处。
