学生是班级文化建设的主体和目标对象,班级文化建设必须考虑学生在班级文化建设中的主体地位。班级文化是校园文化一个重要的组成部分,在学校育人体系中具有不可替代的地位和作用,本文结合实践体验和感悟,提出把班级还给学生,让学生在班集体中接受教育,形成以学生为主体、以人为本的教育方法和措施,促进班级文化建设的深层发展,构建和谐、信任、温暖、快乐的班级文化。
Students are the main body and target of the construction of class culture. The construction of class culture must take students’ dominant position in the construction of class culture. Class culture is an important part of campus culture and plays an irreplaceable role and role in school education system. Based on practical experience and perception, class culture is proposed to give classes back to students so that students can receive education in class groups. Students as the mainstay, people-oriented education methods and measures to promote the further development of class culture, building a harmonious, trustworthy, warm, happy class culture.
