目的比较不同产地石榴皮总黄酮含量及其抗氧化活性。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法和DPPH自由基清除法分别测定石榴皮总黄酮含量和抗氧化活性。结果不同产地的石榴皮总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性存在明显差异,其中以酸石榴皮所含总黄酮含量较高,且抗氧化活性较好。云南玉溪产酸石榴皮中总黄酮含量最高,且抗氧化作用最强,陕西临潼产酸石榴皮次之。结论本研究对于开发利用石榴皮,尤其是抗氧化剂的开发利用提供了一定的参考依据,并可增加石榴的附加值,提高经济效益。
Objective To compare the content of total flavones in pomegranate peel and its antioxidant activity in different habitats. Methods Total flavonoids content and antioxidant activity of pomegranate peel were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry and DPPH free radical scavenging assay. Results There were significant differences in total flavonoids content and antioxidant activity of pomegranate peel in different habitats. Among them, the content of total flavonoids contained in acid pomegranate peel was higher and the antioxidant activity was better. The content of total flavonoids in the acid-producing pomegranate peel of Yuxi in Yunnan Province was the highest, and the antioxidant activity was the strongest, followed by the acid-producing pomegranate peel in Lintong, Shaanxi Province. Conclusion This study provides a reference for the development and utilization of pomegranate peel, especially the development and utilization of antioxidants, and can increase the added value of pomegranate and improve economic efficiency.
