本文初步对芦笱片质量及工艺进行初探。以双相纸层和薄层层析同已知的天门冬酰胺、天门冬氨酸对照层析证实同文献报道的一致。以测定总氮量作为总氮基酸的含量,借依控制本制剂质量。
This article initially explores the quality and process of reed tablets. The two-phase paper layer and thin layer chromatography were compared with the known asparagine and aspartic acid control chromatograms and confirmed by the same literature reports. The amount of total nitrogen was determined as the content of total amino acids in order to control the quality of the preparation.
