新中国成立特别是改革开放以来,新疆蒙古族社会经济和文化教育事业发展迅速,取得了巨大的成就与进步。但随着改革开放的深化、社会主义市场经济的发展和西部大开发战略的实施,尤其是市场竞争和效率机制的进一步强化,新疆蒙古族文化教育事业面临着新的问题和挑战。本文以乌鲁木齐市蒙古族文化教育界为研究对象,在对被访者进行间卷调查和综合分析基础上,提出了相关的结论和政策建议。
Since the founding of New China, especially since the reform and opening up, the Mongolian social, economic and cultural education in Xinjiang has been developing rapidly and has made tremendous achievements and progress. However, with the deepening of reform and opening up, the development of the socialist market economy and the implementation of the strategy of developing the west, in particular, the market competition and the further enhancement of the efficiency mechanism, Mongolian cultural and educational undertakings in Xinjiang are facing new problems and challenges. This article takes the Mongolian culture and education community in Urumqi as the research object. Based on the investigation and comprehensive analysis of the interviewees, this paper puts forward the relevant conclusions and policy suggestions.
