ZL50型装载机用变速器是具有2个前进挡和1个后退挡的行星式动力换挡变速器,其变矩器拥有两级涡轮,系统能够根据外负荷大小自动实现两级涡轮的结合或脱离,从而实现各个挡位下的自动变速。由于具有性价比高、操纵方便等优点,该型变速器目前仍是国内5t级装载机的主流配置。为提高其可靠性和发现早期质量问题,多数生产厂家在变速器装配完成后要在专用试验台架上以不同转速对各个挡位进行空载磨合。以往输入转速及挡位转换均需人工操作,工作效率低且很难完全按工艺要求进行磨合。通过对系统改造,利用PLC编程自动控制各阶段运行时间,并根据不同时间段按预先设置参数,通过控制变频器的输出频率,改变磨合台变频电机转速。同时还输出3路不同组合电信号,通过3只电磁阀来控制3只气缸的伸缩,推拉变速器的换挡操纵杆,使之处于不同挡位,实现变速器的自动换挡磨合。系统可以通过触摸屏很方便地修改运行参数,同时还具有循环过程提示、运行参数自动储存、打印输出及数据查询等功能。
