马来酸盐噻吗心安(timolol maleate)滴眼液在开角型慢性青光眼治疗中占首要地位,但可出现呼吸及心脏反应等副作用。本文在3组病例中应用本滴眼液后观察其周身反应。第1组15例中度哮喘,平均体重65±3公斤。第2组10例为无哮喘史而患开角型慢性青光眼,平均体重64±3公斤。第3组10例对照,平均体重57±4公斤。在第1、2组病例中,先以安慰剂生理盐水滴眼,后每15分钟测心血管及通气参数,共测3次。此后滴以本滴眼液,剂量
