近日上海市学习型社区建设推进大会召开,总结交流工作经验并对下一步工作提出意见和要求,这标志着上海学习型社区建设工作进入了新的阶段。上海学习型社区的建设工作起步较早,上世纪80年代,不少区县已经成立社区教育委员会,创建教育小区,开设社区学校,进行社区教育的探索和实践。特别是2006年市委二号文件的颁布以及2007年全市学习型社区建设推进大会召开以来,上海学习型社区的建设取得新的进展,积累了不少成功经验——
