知识经济时代,发展核心能力是公司成功的关键。会计处理着公司的全部财务工作,掌控着公司的整个财务信息,虽然会计不直接参与公司的管理,但它是最了解公司业务和流程的一个岗位。会计的业务能力关系着公司财务和业务信息的安全。这间接地关系着公司的发展。本文从会计的核心业务能力的理解出发,探讨如何加强会计核心业务能力。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, the development of core competence is the key to the success of the company. Accounting handles the entire financial work of the company and controls the company’s entire financial information. Although accounting does not directly participate in the management of the company, it is a position that best understands the company’s business and processes. The business ability of accounting relates to the safety of corporate finance and business information. This connection is related to the company’s development. This article starts from the understanding of accounting’s core competence and discusses how to strengthen accounting’s core competence.
