大家知道:蔬菜采收后,其生命活动仍在继续进行,仍要进行呼吸作用和消耗能量。这时对蔬菜贮藏影响最大的是环境的温度。通常,环境温度越高,其生命活动越旺盛,消耗的能量就越多,能够贮藏的时间就越短。反之,所处的环境温度越低,生命活动就越弱,消耗的能量就越少,能够贮藏的时间也就越长。这是不是说贮藏的温度越低越好呢?
