目的探讨多种因素对航校空军学员肠道菌群的影响。方法通过微生态学方法对150,名航校空军学员飞行前的肠道菌群中的9种细菌进行定性定量分析,并与30名地勤人员进行对比研究,结合多种因素的填表调查分析各种因素对航校学员肠道菌群的影响。结果航校空军学员组双歧杆菌、乳杆菌和消化球菌与地勤组相比有所下降,肠杆菌、肠球菌、拟杆菌、葡萄球菌、韦荣氏球菌、真杆菌数量有所上升,但仅消化球菌差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其它菌差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论饮食是造成空军飞行员肠道菌群变化的主要原因之一。
Objective To explore the effects of various factors on intestinal flora of air force trainees. Methods The microbiological methods were used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze 9 kinds of bacteria in the intestinal flora of 150 Air Force air force pilots prior to flight, and compared with 30 ground crew, Influence of Various Factors on Intestinal Microflora in Students of Aerial School. Results The numbers of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Peptococcus in Aeronautic Air Force cadets decreased compared with that of ground handling group. The numbers of Enterobacteriaceae, Enterococcus, Bacteroides, Staphylococcus, Veillonella, and Eubacterium increased, but only The difference of peanut bacteria was statistically significant (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in other bacteria (P> 0.05). Conclusion Diet is one of the main causes of intestinal microflora in Air Force pilots.
