以晋中职业技术学院为例,从学情、实习实训、课程体系建设的整体性等方面分析目前高职投资与理财专业课程体系建设的现状,提出对口培养专业人才,整合课程、优化课程体系,校企深度合作,搭建校外对口实习实训平台,提高学生的职业认知度,从而提高学生就业后的留存率。
Taking Jinzhong Institute of Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the status quo of the construction of the curriculum system of investment and financial management specialty in vocational colleges from the aspects of the study conditions, practical training and the integrity of the construction of the curriculum system. It proposes that the counterparts should train professionals, integrate courses and optimize courses System, depth cooperation between school and enterprise, build off-campus internship training platform to enhance students’ professional awareness, thereby enhancing the retention rate of students after employment.
