目的在分析广州男性外来农民工健康体适能相关指标现状的基础上,探讨不同BMI等级对该人群健康体适能相关指标的影响。方法以随机分层整群抽样法,在广州地区选取20~40岁男性外来农民工240人,进行身高、体重、肺活量、台阶指数、握力、肺活量/体重和握力/体重的测评和分析。并根据亚太地区肥胖的诊断标准,将调查对象分为低体重组、正常体质量组、超体质量组、肥胖体质量组和重肥胖体质量组,分析BMI对健康体适能相关指标的影响。结果广州男性外来农民工超重检出率为44.2%,其中3.3%达到重肥胖体质量。与同区域人群的比较,肺活量总体均值高于广州男性农民(P﹤0.01)和广州体力劳动组(P﹤0.01);握力(P﹤0.001,P﹥0.05)、台阶指数(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.01)总体均值低于广州男性农民和广州体力劳动组。重肥胖体质量组其肺活量/体重、台阶指数和握力/体重是所有5个组中最差的一组;正常体质量组和低体质量组的肺活量/体重和握力/体重好于超体质量组、肥胖体质量组和重肥胖体质量组这3个超重组;台阶指数除正常体质量组达中等水平下限以外,其他各组均属差。不同BMI组之间,肺活量(P﹤0.05)、相对肺活量(P﹤0.01)、相对握力(P﹤0.01)等指标差异具有统计学意义。结论广州男性外来农民工超重检出率较高,应警惕肥胖的发生。健康体适能整体状况不及同区域的男性体力劳动者和男性农村者。BMI是影响健康体适能各测试指标的主要因素。应加强广州农民工特别是重肥胖体质量组人群的医务监督。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the status quo of indices related to physical fitness of migrant workers in Guangzhou, and to explore the impact of different BMI levels on the indices of healthy people’s fitness. Methods Random stratified cluster sampling method was used to measure the height, weight, vital capacity, step index, grip strength, vital capacity / body weight and grip strength / body weight of 240 male migrant workers aged 20-40 in Guangzhou. According to the diagnostic criteria of obesity in the Asia-Pacific region, the subjects were divided into low weight group, normal weight group, overweight group, obese weight group and obese weight group, and the effect of BMI on physical fitness-related index . Results Male migrant workers in Guangzhou overweight detection rate was 44.2%, of which 3.3% to achieve weight-bearing weight. Compared with the same area population, the overall average of vital capacity was higher than that of Guangzhou male peasants (P <0.01) and Guangzhou manual labor group (P <0.01), and the grading power (P <0.001, P> 0.05) <0.01) The overall mean value is lower than the Guangzhou male farmer and the Guangzhou manual labor group. The vital capacity / body weight, step index, and grip strength / body weight were the worst of all five groups in the group of overweight and obesity, and the vital capacity / body weight and grip strength / body weight in the group of normal body weight and the group of low body weight were better than that of the super body mass Group, obese body weight group and heavy obesity body mass group of three overweight group; the step index in addition to the normal body mass group reached the lower middle level, the other groups are poor. There were significant differences in vital capacity (P <0.05), relative vital capacity (P <0.01) and relative grip strength (P <0.01) among different BMI groups. Conclusion Guangzhou male migrant workers overweight detection rate is higher, should be alert to the occurrence of obesity. The overall fitness of healthy people is less than that of male manual workers and male rural workers in the same area. BMI is the main factor affecting various test indicators of healthy body and fitness. Should strengthen the medical supervision of migrant workers in Guangzhou, especially heavyweight group of people.
