资金是施工企业赖以生存与发展的最主要因素之一,没有充足的资金就无法保证施工的顺利完成,因此,加强施工企业资金的管理与控制势在必行。施工企业的资金管理与控制必须贯穿于企业生产、施工、经营等活动的全过程,资金管理与控制水平的高低直接关系到企业整体实力与水平的高低,资金管理水平的高低直接制约着整个施工项目的能否达到既定的经济效益与社会效益。
The funds are one of the most important factors that the construction enterprises rely on to survive and develop. Without adequate funds, the successful completion of the construction can not be guaranteed. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the management and control of construction enterprises’ funds. The capital management and control of construction enterprises must run through the whole process of production, construction and operation of enterprises. The level of fund management and control is directly related to the overall strength and level of enterprises. The level of capital management directly restricts the entire construction The project can reach the established economic and social benefits.
