目前使用的抽油机常见故障之一,是抽油杆自动倒扣脱落,造成抽油井停产检泵。从1971年8月至1975年10月我部共施工作业239井次,其中因抽油杆上下运动时,活塞在泵筒中,受摩擦阻力、液柱及抽油杆重量影响,井筒内抽油杆交替地被拉伸和压缩而产生扭力,造成抽油杆接头退扣脱落的作业井次占总作业井次的30.1%,为了消除这一常见故障,今年我们设计试制了抽油杆防脱器。一、抽油杆防脱器的结构和作用原理(一)结构:(见下图)
