多次给予豚鼠醋酸铅(30mg/kg)后,肾上腺皮质细胞脂质减少.部分细胞变性;血胆固醇降低而组织胆固醇在前几周降低,后期回升并有增加趋势;微粒体17a羟化酶在第2周升高.后期减少;血浆及肾上腺皮质醇水平在前3周升高.提示多次染毒早期.铅毒作用引起应激反应.导致一系列诸如胆固醇耗用过多、合成酶轻度诱导及激素水平增高,尿中代谢产物排出增加等改变。后期出现的改变,可能与肝脏损伤导致CBG减少、某些合成酶损伤有关。

Some cells degeneration; lower blood cholesterol and tissue cholesterol decreased in the first few weeks, the late rebound and an increasing trend; microsomal 17a hydroxylase increased in the first 2 weeks. Late decreased; plasma and adrenal cortisol levels increased in the first 3 weeks. Prompt multiple exposure early. Lead poisoning caused by stress response. Leading to a series of such as excessive consumption of cholesterol, mild induction of synthase and hormone levels increased urinary metabolites increased emissions and other changes. Late changes that may be caused by liver injury led to the reduction of CBG, and some synthase damage.
