茶是世界三大饮料(茶、咖啡、可可)中饮用最早、饮用人数最多的饮料。茶叶品质优劣主要从色、香、味、形四个方面加以鉴别。色是指外观的色泽和汤色。茶叶的外观颜色以纯而泽为优,以杂而暗为次。茶叶的汤色以明亮清澈为优,暗而深为劣。香茶叶的香气浓郁纯正为上,淡薄不正和无香为下,有异味者劣。
Tea is the oldest drink in the world’s three major beverages (tea, coffee, cocoa) with the largest number of people to drink.
