胆囊癌为较少见的消化系肿瘤.因缺乏临床特征性表现,易与胆囊炎、胆石症相混淆.临床诊断颇为困难.近年来由于CT及B超的广泛应用.使其术前诊断率明显提高.但大部分病例确诊时已属晚期而失去手术机会.故能被手术及病理证实者为数甚少.本文收集经手术病理证实的胆囊癌13例(其中新医一附院10例.哈密铁路医院3例)及1例误诊为胆囊癌的病例.兹报道如下.
Gallbladder cancer is a rare digestive tumor. Due to the lack of clinical features, it is easy to be confused with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis. Clinical diagnosis is difficult. In recent years, preoperative diagnosis has been made due to the extensive use of CT and B ultrasound. The rate has improved significantly. However, most of the cases have been diagnosed late and have lost the chance of surgery. Therefore, the number of patients who can be confirmed by surgery and pathology is very small. This article collected 13 cases of gallbladder carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology (including 10 cases of New Medicine First Affiliated Hospital. Three cases of Hami Railway Hospital and one case of misdiagnosis of gallbladder cancer are reported below.
