二孩政策实施后,四川城镇居民对生育二孩意愿的调查数据显示,生育成本高、学前教育入园难、孩子照料等现实问题成为其选择生二孩的主要障碍因素。本文针对生育二孩面临的幼儿园入园难的问题做了简要分析,并提出改善学前教育的相应对策。
After the implementation of the “Two-Child Policy”, Sichuan urban residents’ survey data on the wishes of having children and two children show that the practical problems such as high cost of childbirth, difficulty of pre-school education and children’s care have become the main obstacles to choosing a second child. This article makes a brief analysis of the difficulty of entering kindergarten for the second child, and proposes the countermeasures to improve the pre-kindergarten education.
