Moriya Sugihara, a researcher at Nomura Research Institute in Japan, wrote the following interesting story in his book Technology Power - Japan’s Strategy. On the outskirts of a city in South America, people found a flying saucer from outside the sky. When locals embarked on a flying saucer with astonishment, they found a top that could be rotated without external force and was an important part of the flying saucer. The news of the world’s scholars and experts flocked to study this novel top. A physics professor from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom first rented a house and then carefully observed and recorded the spinning top. He found that the gyro’s rotation changed daily, and one year later he finally discovered an important law. Gyro rotation and the weather the next day are closely related, so published an article entitled "About the eternal gyro rotation and later
