2005年,国家明确提出了要建设资源节约型社会。它包括资源节约观念、资源节约型主体、资源节约型制度、资源节约型体制、资源节约型机制、资源节约型体系等诸多方面。在这些环节中,掌握着传播工具、谙熟传播方式的大众媒体无疑应当而且必然承担起宣传资源节约观念、引领公众行为方式的义务。也正是2005年以来,大众媒体对于能源问题的关注越来越多。
In 2005, the state clearly proposed to build a resource-saving society. It includes the concept of resource conservation, resource-saving subjects, resource-saving system, resource-saving system, resource-saving mechanism, resource-saving system and many other aspects. In these sectors, mass media possessing the means of dissemination and familiarity with modes of transmission undoubtedly and inevitably should undertake the obligation of promoting the concept of resource conservation and leading the way of public behavior. It is also since 2005 that the mass media are paying more and more attention to energy issues.
